The November 8 article “Miami Dolphins Facing Hostile Work Environment Issues” in Corporate Counsel, featured commentary by Freedley Hunsicker, attorney in the New Jersey office.

The article discussed the recent claim by a Miami Dolphins football player that he was harassed and has been subjected to a hostile work environment.

Freedley provided advice to take from the Dolphins’ distress saying, “General counsel should make sure they have a harassment policy in place, and check it to make sure it is broad enough.”
