In an article for the Memphis Business Journal, Greg Grisham discusses how the NLRB has shifted gears and taken a more employer-friendly approach, and he provides examples of other recent developments that are also “good news” for employers. The examples he provides are employer-friendly as they continue “…the trend of restoring balance between employers and employees and overturn decisions/overhaul a rule that greatly benefited unions to the detriment of employers.”
