Receiving a request for an accommodation from an employee can be daunting, but after attending this webinar, you'll be able to handle this critical interactive process with confidence and be in compliance with California and federal law. This one-hour seminar with Los Angeles attorneys Talar Tavlian and Danielle Krauthamer will discuss when an employer should begin the interactive process, how to document the process properly, and all the necessary steps that must be taken from receipt of an accommodation request until the accommodation is no longer needed.
