In an article in WorkersCompensation.com, Lonnie Giamela was interviewed about the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision to block the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), a decision that left a lot of employers looking for guidance on how to move forward.
