LGBTQ – Getting Your Policies and Procedures In Order

Please join Fisher Phillips for a special Lunch & Learn program designed to help schools understand the evolving realities around LGBTQ considerations and accommodations.

The next frontier in emerging diversity issues involves managing expectations and potential rights involving transgender employees and students.  Learn how relevant federal, state, and local laws may impact your decision-making on accommodation, discrimination, and harassment issues.  Think through the potential policy adjustment, restroom considerations, behavior, appearance, public relations, and board issues that should be addressed before the school receives an accommodation request.

This interactive luncheon will take place at La Focaccia Ristorante in Summit and will include an educational presentation and open forum discussion/Q&A, while enjoying lunch in the private dining room.
