Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, mine operators have been waiting for MSHA to release guidance regarding how to safeguard the health and safety of their miners amid the outbreak. In an article written and published in Rock Road Recycle, Christopher Peterson notes that there has been a disturbing lack of mine-specific guidance from MSHA during the pandemic.
