Law.com Discusses Uncertainty Surrounding OSHA ETS with Fort Lauderdale Attorney

In an interview with Law.com, Alex Castro offers insight into how employers should be preparing for the ETS as it makes its way through the appeals process. “We’re advising our clients, ‘Listen, let’s get ready, so that if these rules come back live, it’s not going to catch you by surprise,” Alex said in a previously published interview. Earlier in December, an appeals court reinstated the ETS and OSHA indicated that it would begin enforcement in January. Meanwhile, the Georgia Attorney General filed an application with the U.S. Supreme Court to request another immediate stay.
