Labor Law Attorney Todd Lyon Added to Portland Office

PORTLAND, OR (February 18, 2015) — Fisher Phillips has bolstered its attorney ranks in the Pacific Northwest with the addition of partner Todd Lyon in its Portland, Oregon office. Lyon joined the firm from Barran Liebman LLP. Together, they come to Fisher Phillips with decades of experience representing public and private sector employers in traditional labor negotiations and arbitrations, and employment litigation and advice.

Lyon negotiates pro-employer collective bargaining agreements and has conducted hundreds of arbitration hearings with superior results concerning virtually every aspect of contract interpretation, discipline, union security, and interest arbitration. He has also successfully litigated before the National Labor Relations Board and state labor boards in both representation and unfair labor practice hearings. Lyon, a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, is listed in Oregon Super Lawyers Magazine.
