Kristen Nesbit Named Among Daily Journal’s 2022 Top Female Attorneys

Kristen Nesbit, co-chair of Fisher Phillips’ California Litigation practice, was named among the Daily Journal’s 2022 Top Female Attorneys.

In her profile, Kristen discusses her journey into law and what inspires her about her work. A talented litigator with experience in strategic negotiations and high-stake jury trials, Kristen says she is motivated by “helping my clients and providing them with practical advice or working with them to develop a litigation strategy that really achieves my client’s goals whether that be formal resolutions or going all the way to trial.”

Kristen added that law wasn’t a first career choice, until a trusted mentor suggested she’d make a great litigator. “It turns out he was right.”
