Kansas City Attorney Breaks Down Supreme Court's COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate Decision

Samantha Monsees was featured on KMBC News 9, Kansas City’s ABC News affiliate, where she was interviewed on-camera about the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down a Biden administration rule that forced large companies to require vaccinations for employees or require weekly testing.

Samantha says the Supreme Court's decision gives employers more control to handle COVID-19 policies for their employees.

"I think every employer is dealing with it because employers want to keep everybody safe," she said. "But employers should still be mindful of COVID-19, still try to keep their employees protected.”

She recommended employers get back to the basics by implementing social distancing measures and screening regularly for symptoms.
