In an interview with KMBC News, Samantha Monsees discusses Biden’s vaccine order mandating that employers with 100 or more workers must require vaccinations or weekly testing. The order includes fines up to $14,000 per occurrence of noncompliance. “There's not going to be much of a loophole for employees that are in person,” Samantha says. “So I suspect a lot of employers who were reluctant to enforce any type of mandate previously or testing program are going to go ahead and start doing that, to avoid those big penalties.”
