Just The Facts: Conducting Misconduct Investigations in a Unionized Workplace

Join Todd Lyon and Lisa Vickery for this day-long course where attendees will discover the proper techniques and time-tested procedures to investigate misconduct in a unionized workplace. Todd and Lisa will sleuth out the best questions for you to ask during a workplace investigation and how to record the answers in your interview notes. You will also discover the proper method for writing an investigatory report that both supports any discipline issued and assists in shielding employers from liability. HR and Labor Relations professionals will be able to practice their detective skills in a series of hands-on activities resembling actual investigations where the names of any real persons have been changed to protect the innocent.
