In Rebuttal, Eric Uhl: Two sides to every story

An article by Eric Uhl entitled “In rebuttal, E. Uhl: Two Sides To Every Story,” was featured in Sun Journal.

The article was in response to a Sun Journal editorial published on February 12.

As we emphasized in our letter to the Government Oversight Committee, the Maine Department of Health and Human Services has repeatedly stated its commitment to process improvement and is working with the state Archives Office to strengthen policies and practices around document retention, Eric and Jonathan wrote.

Going forward, the department will follow the standard request for proposals process to award funds across the Healthy Maine Partnerships.
