In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Davis Bae shares his reaction to the fact that US employers are transferring employees overseas or to nearby countries because of immigration restrictions and labor demands. While Davis doesn’t think there has been a massive shift toward relocating workers abroad, he notes that there are more resources than ever to assist companies interested in doing so. And the article goes on to highlight the role professional employer organizations (PEOs) often play in these relocations.
