In an interview with Modern Healthcare, Kevin Troutman weighs in on OSHA’s expiring ETS. The standard–which is set to expire Dec. 21 unless OSHA issued a final rule–requires healthcare facilities to make certain accommodations and implement certain activities around COVID-19 vaccinations. Kevin said providers should continue to monitor developments, but that a permanent federal rule seems unlikely at this point.
