Union organizing is on the rise. According to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), 2022 saw an increase in representation elections of more than 65% over 2021 totals and the first six months of FY 2023 are up 14% from this point last year. These figures show no signs of slowing and seem to be fueled by a focus on industries not historically associated with unionization.

Despite this reality, many employers in such historically union-free sectors, are not fully versed in relevant labor laws, leaving them unprepared to respond lawfully and effectively to organizing campaigns.
