Megan Winter and Ben Ebbink were quoted in the Daily Journal article “Governor Signs Bill Barring Questions About Job Applicants' Past Salary History” which discusses the signing of AB 168 by Governor Jerry Brown. The bill bars employers from seeking a job applicants’ salary history.

Megan adds that the new law could have farther reaching effects than many anticipate. “We’re never surprised when additional restrictions are placed on employers in this state.”
