About the Presenter:
Mason Alexander is the managing partner in the Charlotte office of Fisher Phillips. He practices in all areas of labor and employment law. Mason has represented clients in lawsuits involving all aspects of employment law, from ERISA and discrimination claims to FMLA and wage and hour claims. Mason is also involved in counseling clients on matters such as employee terminations, plant closures, and exit incentive programs. He additionally works with clients to develop proactive employee relations plans.
