From Application to Onboarding: What Nevada Employers Need to Know

During this webinar, we will discuss common mistakes employers make during the application and onboarding process. In addition to recent changes to Nevada and federal law that employers should consider when onboarding new employees, Fisher Phillips attorneys Jeffrey Winchester and Marian Massey will guide employers through the application and job posting stages, background checks and pre-employment screening, and paperwork for a new employee’s first day with the company including Form I-9 considerations, restrictive covenants and arbitration agreements, and employee handbooks.
