Rich Meneghello said it's not likely that the EEOC will make any further modifications to the rule, meaning the latest version is close to what the eventual final rule will look like.
"The pay equity issue is definitely a trend that is not going away and one that will get bigger and expand into local jurisdictions," Rich said. "It's something I'm advising clients to get out ahead of."
