Fisher Phillips Welcomes Two Associates in Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (Feb. 21, 2020) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the additions of Megan Nevin and April Perkins as associates in its Sacramento office.
Nevin defends companies in all areas of employment litigation. She also advises on general employment and compliance issues. Nevin joins the firm from Porter Scott in Sacramento. She received her J.D. from the University of California Hastings, College of the Law (2014), where she externed for the Hon. Kay Tsenin of the San Francisco Superior Court and the Hon. Robert Benitez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Nevin earned her M.A. from the International Institute for the Sociology of Law (2009) and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara (2008).
Perkins represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, and she advises clients during all stages of litigation. She also joins the firm from Porter Scott. Perkins earned her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (2018), where she served as Team Lead for the school’s Elder and Health Law Clinic and as a Primary Articles & Symposium Editor for the University of the Pacific Law Review. Upon completion of her J.D., she was granted the Outstanding Clinical Student Award and a Capital Commendation for Public Service. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara (2012).
