Fisher Phillips Welcomes Melissa Huether in Los Angeles

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Melissa Huether has joined the firm as an associate in the Los Angeles office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Melissa served as a litigation associate at a Los Angeles-based plaintiff-side labor and employment firm, where she represented employees in wage and hour and PAGA representative actions in State and Federal court. At Fisher Phillips Melissa will continue her work as a litigator shifting her focus to defending companies throughout all phases of complex employment disputes and advising them on compliance with various state and federal agency regulations.
Melissa has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Southern California by Super Lawyers for the past two years. She earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, where she served as Note and Comment Editor and Staff Member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. During law school, Melissa was a member of the Women’s Law Association and Phi Alpha Delta. Before law school, she graduated with a B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno.
