Fisher Phillips Welcomes Jenna Rubin in Atlanta

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Jenna Rubin has joined the firm as an associate in the Atlanta office.
Jenna has represented school districts throughout Georgia in federal, state, and administrative employment litigation and special education matters. She counsels school systems in the development and oversight of employment policies and procedures as well as in compliance with emerging employment issues such as COVID-19, parental leave, and anti-discrimination statutes. Jenna has also led employee trainings on anti-discrimination laws and employer best practices.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jenna was a member of the Education Law team at a full-service firm in Atlanta and, before that, was a staff attorney at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Jenna earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Georgia State University School of Law and her B.A. in political science from Brandeis University. She spent two years teaching third grade for Teach for America.
