Fisher Phillips Welcomes Jacklin Rad as Partner in Los Angeles

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Jacklin Rad has joined the firm as a partner in the Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jacklin was an attorney with a national labor and employment law firm where she provided advice and counseling to California clients on workplace matters ranging from wage and hour, disability leave management, hiring and firing decisions, misclassification and pay equity issues. She also served in the California Labor Commissioner’s Office as Senior Deputy Labor Commissioner where she oversaw casework for up to 40 deputies in six district offices and advised the Labor Commissioner in developing agency policy and enforcement posture.

At Fisher Phillips, Jacklin will continue to advise clients across the state on the rapidly changing laws that govern the workplace, including pay transparency, and regular rate calculations, and will guide employers on workplace investigations. She is the twelfth attorney to join in Los Angeles over the past year and expands the firm’s advice and counseling capabilities in Southern California.
