Fisher Phillips Welcomes Isaac Fain in Louisville

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Isaac Fain has joined the firm as an associate in the Louisville office.

As a skilled litigator, Isaac will focus his practice on defending employers in a wide variety of workplace disputes arising out of federal and state employment laws. He will also advise employers of all sizes on regulatory compliance, employee training, handbooks, and policy creation.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Isaac was a trial attorney at one of the country’s largest personal injury law firms where he represented clients in both state and federal courts. In that role, Isaac managed a large caseload and was responsible for all stages of litigation. Isaac also gained valuable litigation experience at a separate firm where he represented plaintiffs in consumer and employment cases and during his time as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney prosecuting state felonies.

Isaac earned his law degree from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where he was a member of University of Louisville Law Review and a Student Bar Association Representative.
