Fisher Phillips Welcomes Employment Litigator in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE (September, 5 2018) – Fisher Phillips announces the addition of labor and employment litigator Deven Gray, who joins the Charlotte office as an associate.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Deven was a labor and employment associate at McGuireWoods. She focuses her practice on representing employers in discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge claims before federal and state administrative agencies and in federal court, state court and arbitration. Deven also serves as counsel for employers regarding employment agreements, non-compete agreements, separation agreements, workplace policies and employee discipline.

Deven earned her Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, she worked in the Office of Counsel at Duke University, where she provided legal support to both Duke University and Duke University Health System primarily regarding employment matters. Deven is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association: Labor & Employment Law Section as well as the North Carolina Bar Association: Young Lawyers Division.
