Fisher Phillips Welcomes David Han as an Associate Attorney in New Jersey

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that David Han has joined the firm as an associate in its rapidly growing New Jersey office.
David joins Fisher Phillips after practicing as an associate attorney in the Labor and Employment Group of a large regional law firm, where he defended public and private employers in litigated matters, including acting as second chair in a high-profile trial. David also has done a fair amount of traditional labor work, and assisted clients with unfair labor practice charges, unit clarification petitions, and collective bargaining negotiations. He has counseling experience as well as drafting policies and handbooks, and helping clients navigate the ever-evolving federal, state, and local employment law landscapes.
At Fisher Phillips, he will continue to represent employers in workplace law disputes and will also provide employment-related counseling to help clients avoid litigation and run their businesses smoothly.
David earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School, where he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Linda Lordi Cavanaugh, J.S.C., in the Family Division in New Jersey State Court, and for the Honorable Joan Bedrin Murray, J.T.C., in the Tax Court of New Jersey. He also interned at the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration in the New York Regional Office, where he assisted on ERISA matters. Upon graduation, David clerked for the Honorable Joan Bedrin Murray, J.T.C. Before attending law school, he earned a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University. David was recently named among the Lawyers of Color’s Hot List for 2022, a recognition of junior and mid-level attorneys who exemplify integrity, high achievement, leadership, and a passion for diversity.
