Fisher Phillips Welcomes Dana Chang Dikas in Dallas

DALLAS (Nov. 8, 2018) – Fisher Phillips announces the addition of Dana Chang Dikas as an associate in its Dallas office. Dana rejoins the firm, where she previously worked from 2016 through 2017 in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Dana represents employers in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts and before various local, state and national administrative agencies against claims of discrimination arising under various civil rights laws, as well as claims involving family and medical leave, wage and hour disputes, breach of contract and related torts. Dana also represents various educational institutions in employee, student, and board issues.
Dana’s practice also includes preparing employment and severance agreements, drafting and revising policies and handbooks, training managers and employees and counseling employers on hiring, discipline and termination of employees and other employment issues to ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips in 2016, Dana worked as an employment litigator for Miami-based law firm Clarke Silverglate, where she represented corporate America in complex litigation matters. Dana earned both her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida.
