Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Chad Zimlich has joined the firm as an associate in the Louisville office.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Chad was at a regional law firm where he represented corporations and limited liability companies in business disputes related to contractual rights and obligations. His private practice experience, combined with experience as a prosecutor in Louisville-Jefferson County, and as a staff attorney for the Honorable Phillip J. Shepherd, Chief Judge of the Franklin County Circuit Court, Chad keenly appreciates the hurdles and stresses that accompany litigation and works with clients to anticipate, avoid, and efficiently resolve matters before they become costly, time-consuming crises. As a part of his litigation practice, he works with clients on complex, multiparty suits involving large public and private entities, as well as breach of contract and environmental cases.
Chad earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.M., cum laude, from The Catholic University of America.
