Fisher Phillips Welcomes Brandon Brown as Partner in New Orleans

News

2.11.26

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to welcome Brandon Brown as the latest Partner in the firm’s New Orleans’ office.

Brandon represents businesses and individuals throughout government investigations, crisis and reputation management, white collar matters, and labor and employment disputes across various jurisdictions.  He most recently served as Chair of his full-service firm’s Government and Internal Investigations practice group during which he advised management in sensitive internal investigations and provided counsel on regulatory compliance programs in the face of intense government scrutiny. He also represented public and private employers and insurers in actions brought by employees and unions, ranging from charges of discrimination and contract disputes to workplace accidents and wrongful termination.

Brandon previously served as the United States Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana, where he oversaw all investigations and litigation for criminal and civil cases across 42 of the state’s parishes. In this role, he led complex federal prosecutions and managed critical law enforcement initiatives involving public corruption, financial and healthcare fraud, violent crime, whistleblower actions, and civil rights violations.

Prior to his appointment as U.S. Attorney, Brandon served many years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney where he developed extensive litigation experience and became known for his first-chair federal jury trial experience. And, before that, his prosecutorial career began as an Assistant District Attorney for Ouachita Parish, where he honed his courtroom skills and commitment to public service.

“Brandon’s background gives him a truly unique perspective to be able to defend clients’ interests against government allegations at all phases of litigation and investigations,” said Ed Harold, Regional Managing Partner of the firm’s New Orleans’ Office. “We are thrilled to welcome a trial lawyer of his caliber to our Gulf Coast team.”

Brandon earned his J.D. from the Southern University Law Center and his M.B.A. from Louisiana Tech University.
