Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Aleksandr “Sasha” Litvinov has joined the firm as an associate in the Louisville office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Sasha was a senior compliance supervisor and conflicts attorney at one of the largest international law firms in the world. Prior to that role, Sasha dedicated his legal career to the practice of employment law.
During law school, he worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) drafting appellate decisions for discrimination complaints. After graduation, Sasha spent three years representing large retail, education, insurance, and manufacturing employers in matters involving labor and employment compliance, workplace policy audits, non-compete issues, and EEOC charges. Sasha has experience handling single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation in state and federal courts, and particularly relishes opportunities to work on appeals. He has successfully represented employers and trade group associations before the Kentucky Supreme Court.
Sasha earned his law degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School where he was a Presidential Merit Scholar and published member of The George Washington International Law Review. Before law school, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville.
