Fisher Phillips' Todd Fredrickson Named to Top Lawyers 2016 by 5280

DENVER, CO (January 14, 2016) – Todd Fredrickson, Managing Partner in the Denver office of Fisher Phillips, has been named to 5280 magazine’s list of Top Lawyers 2016. This is the second year in succession that Fredrickson has been listed as a Top Lawyer by 5280, Denver’s leading lifestyle publication and the state’s highest circulation magazine.  He was recognized in the category of “Labor and Employment: Defense.”

The Top Lawyers list, now in its second edition, is published in the January, 2016 issue of 5280, and features more than 400 area attorneys in 46 specialties. The rankings are based on ballots cast by thousands of local lawyers as well as the magazine’s own extensive research.

Fredrickson represents employers in various matters arising under such laws as the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standard Act.  He was recognized as an Employment Law – Management Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America for 2014 and has been named the "People's Choice" selection as the Best Employment Lawyer in Barrister's Best by Law Week Colorado every year since 2011.
