Fisher Phillips Strengthens Charlotte Office with Nicholas Hulse

CHARLOTTE (January 8, 2019) – Fisher Philips announces the addition of employment attorney Nicholas Hulse, who joins as an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office.
At Fisher Phillips, Nick will focus his practice on representing employers in a variety of employment matters in state and federal courts, as well as matters prosecuted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Nick earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Bridgewater College. While in law school, Nick served as articles editor on the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal, and served as an extern to the Honorable Dennis W. Shedd of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He started his law career serving as a law clerk to the Honorable David R. Duncan, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of South Carolina.
