Fisher Phillips’ Sacramento Office Welcomes Arielle Brown

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Arielle E. Brown has joined the firm’s Sacramento office.
Arielle was most recently at a regional litigation firm where she represented companies in a broad range of civil cases with an emphasis on commercial, ADA compliance, bankruptcy, and privacy law. At Fisher Phillips, Arielle will defend employers throughout all phases of litigation including claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. She will also advise them on compliance with a variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations while counseling them on all other aspects of the employment relationship.
Earlier in her legal career, Arielle spent several years as a Deputy Public Defender in the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office. In this role she prepared and executed many jury trials and evidentiary hearings, fighting for humanity and justice in defense of the damned.
She earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Howard University.
Arielle is an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law where she teaches a required first-year course focused on legal professionalism, ethics, and cultural humility.
