ATLANTA & DENVER (February 15, 2011) - Partner Todd Fredrickson of Denver has been selected as one of an elite group of BTI Client Service All-Stars for 2011, an honor bestowed on only 318 attorneys from 201 law firms nationwide. Winners were named by clients as delivering "the absolute best client service." To determine the honorees, BTIinterviewed corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations.
Fredrickson represents employers in various matters arising under such laws as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Fair Labor Standard Act. He is also one of few Denver labor attorneys to practice traditional labor law, representing companies in union campaigns, contract negotiations, grievance and arbitration, and unfair labor practice charges. Much of his practice focuses on training supervisors, managers, and other employees on such issues as sexual harassment, discrimination, employee discipline and discharge, and investigation of employee grievances.
The BTI Client Service All-Stars is an elite group of attorneys nominated solely and exclusively by clients in BTI's independent study as delivering the absolute best in client service. All-Stars are selected based on their keen understanding of business issues, client focus and commitment to client needs.
The BTI Consulting Group of Wellesley, MA provides strategic market research to law firms. The organization interviewed nearly 300 corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies in more than 15 industries to identify the All-Star list.
