In an interview with Reuters, Kevin Troutman offers insight into employer liability around COVID-19-related discrimination claims. Kevin explains that there have been around 2,950 COVID-19-related employment lawsuits in the United States since the start of the pandemic, ranging from disputes over remote working to workplace safety and discrimination. Of those, about 5 percent represent vaccination-related cases and he expects that number to rise.
