Firm Welcomes Teresa Hardymon to the Columbus Office

COLUMBUS, OHIO (January 14, 2021) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Teresa Hardymon has joined the firm as an associate in the Columbus office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Teresa was at a national law firm where she litigated legal disputes involving workplace discrimination, contracts, products liability, securities regulation, creditors’ rights, OSHA citations, negligence, and intentional torts. At Fisher Phillips she will continue her work in the litigation arena preparing pleadings, arguing motions, managing discovery, and drafting trial and appellate briefs. She will also engage in all aspects of the dispute resolution process at the state and federal level including motion practice, trial advocacy, appellate practice, and settlement negotiations.
Teresa earned her law degree, cum laude, from Capital University Law School with a concentration in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Teresa was a staff member on the Capital University Law Review and the recipient of the Trustees' Merit Scholarship and two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. During law school, Teresa served her previous law firm as a summer associate and interned at the Office of the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney, where she gained valuable experience in preparing subpoenas, drafting pleadings, and supporting her supervising counsel at all stages of trial.
