Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, announces the launch of FP Navigate, a new subscription-based tool that provides multistate employers with practical answers to key labor and employment questions. Subscribers will have quick access to easy-to-understand charts, tables, maps, resources, and insights on rapidly changing state employment laws.
FP Navigate’s first module covers dozens of critical Wage and Hour compliance questions for multistate employers, including overtime and premium pay, minimum wage, hours worked, breaks, scheduling, days of rest/off-duty requirements, final pay, and litigation and enforcement and more. The module includes maps, tables, links to relevant laws, and periodic updates about wage and hour laws and developments that impact multistate employers.
“Fisher Phillips is known for its innovative labor and employment solutions, and FP Navigate is just the latest technology-driven solution rolled out to assist the firm’s clients,” said Evan Shenkman, Fisher Phillips’ Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer. “We understand the daunting task that multistate employers face in trying to navigate rapidly changing employment laws across the country. With FP Navigate, employers will have access to easily digestible information that can be leveraged to make sound business decisions.”
“Wage and Hour laws have emerged as one the most significant challenges for employers with multistate operations,” added Kathleen McLeod Caminiti, co-chair of Fisher Phillips’ Wage and Hour practice. “It was logical for us to launch the first FP Navigate module with efficient and effective information that employers can use to tackle their most pressing wage and hour law issues. Our team has created an impressive repository of information that employers can now have at their fingertips to help them navigate wage and hour questions across all 50-states.”
