Fisher Phillips Grows Charlotte Office with Bryan Holbrook

CHARLOTTE (December 6, 2019) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Bryan Holbrook as an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office.   

Holbrook helps employers in the automobile, education, and retail industries navigate complex employment litigation issues. He defends employers against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination in federal and state court. Holbrook also regularly defends claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also provides preventive counseling to employers, helping them update workplace policies to remain in compliance with local and federal laws. 

In addition to his labor and employment practice, Holbrook has successfully defended employers in obtaining dismissal of claims for breach of contract, assault, battery, negligent supervision, and negligent training. 

Holbrook received his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law magna cum laude, and his B.S. from Appalachian State University magna cum laude. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Virginia and has been consistently recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyers® Rising Star for Employment Litigation Defense.
