Fisher Phillips Grows Again in Fort Lauderdale with Alex Castro

Fort Lauderdale, FL (January 29, 2020) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Alex Castro as an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.   

Alex provides litigation defense and counseling services to employers across South Florida. He defends management against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and whistleblowing, as well as wage and hour disputes, and noncompete and other restrictive covenant disputes. Alex also prepares affirmative action plans for clients and provides OFCCP compliance counseling. He joins from Allen Norton & Blue.

Alex received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Florida. He is licensed to practice in Florida and is fluent in Spanish.

Alex joins on the heels of Megan Janes and Garrett Kamen, associates who joined Fisher Phillips’ Fort Lauderdale office in 2019. The firm also recently promoted Michael Holt, a South Florida high-stakes employment litigator, to partnership.
