Formerly with Jackson Lewis in Philadelphia, Rick Grimaldi and Lori Armstrong Halber bring decades of experience in labor and employment law to the national law firm.
Grimaldi’s notable career includes private law practice, corporate legal work and government service. He was the founding Managing Partner of the Philadelphia office of Jackson Lewis. Before entering into private practice he held a senior position in the legal department of Unisys Corporation. He also served as Deputy General Counsel to then-Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge and was Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry.
Armstrong Halber has devoted her entire legal career to labor and employment law, and was previously a partner at a well-respected Philadelphia full service firm.
