Fisher Phillips Expands Philadelphia Office with Employment Trio

PHILADELPHIA (December 11, 2019) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of three associates in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Kelsey Beerer helps employers navigate complex employment issues, including litigation and arbitration involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract and wage and hour claims. She joins from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. Kelsey also has experience handling workplace investigations and assists employers in drafting policies, handbooks and employment-related agreements to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable John A. Parkins, Jr. of the Superior Court of New Castle County, Delaware. Kelsey received her J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and her B.A. from The University of Pittsburgh.
Gabrielle Giombetti will be focusing her practice on the litigation of employment disputes, with a particular emphasis on enforcement and defense of restrictive covenant and trade secrets matters. Joining from Ward Greenberg, she brings experience in advocating for her clients in both jury trials and arbitration proceedings. Gabrielle previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon, Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. She received her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Scranton summa cum laude.
Luke McDaniels represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters in state and federal courts and agencies. He joins the firm from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. Prior to entering private practice, Luke served as a judicial intern to the Honorable C. Darnell Jones, II of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, and his B.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Luke is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
