Fisher Phillips Expands Philadelphia Office, Moves into Financial Center

PHILADELPHIA, PA (October 15, 2007) - Fisher Phillips announced today that employment attorney, Wayne E. Pinkstone, has joined the Firm as a partner in its Philadelphia office. Mr. Pinkstone was a Partner and Vice Chair of the Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Practice Group at Saul Ewing. In addition, Brent A. Cossrow, has joined the Firm as an associate, coming from Philadelphia litigation boutique Phelan Pettit & Biedrzycki LLC. Fisher Phillips also has moved its offices to Radnor Financial Center in anticipation of further growth.

"Wayne brings a broad scope of experience in labor and employment matters, both counseling and litigation. His client base spans Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as national representations."
Mr. Pinkstone has a national employment litigation and counseling practice for corporate clients in a broad range of industries, focusing on defense of employment related litigation, counseling clients on employee discharge and discipline matters, advising companies on compliance with requirements such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other employment laws and regulations. Mr. Pinkstone also has extensive experience litigating and drafting employee non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements. In addition, he is a 2007 honoree of Pennsylvania's First Judicial District's Roll of Honor for pro bono service.
Mr. Cossrow graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He also attended the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Prior to law school, he worked with an international business consulting firm from 1994-96, providing advice on privatization and economic reform to former Soviet Governments and the World Bank. He is fluent in Russian.
