Fisher Phillips Expands in Boston with Employment Litigator

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, announces the addition of Zinnia Khan as an associate in the firm’s Boston office.
Zinnia has a broad litigation practice, which includes defending employers against claims involving workplace harassment and discrimination, wage and hour, leaves of absence and employment agreement disputes. She has represented clients before state and federal courts, in addition to administrative agencies such as the Massachusetts Commissions Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Complementary to her litigation practice, Zinnia provides preventive advice and counseling related to employment agreements, hiring, termination, accommodations and wage and hour issues in an effort to minimize the risk of litigation.
Zinnia earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Wichita State University.
