Fisher Phillips Expands Employment Litigation Team in Boston

BOSTON, (September 23, 2019) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Jennifer A. Scully as an associate in the firm’s Boston office.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jennifer was an associate at Todd & Weld LLP where she concentrated her practice on complex commercial litigation and employment law. She has previously served as a former Massachusetts Assistant Attorney General in the Fair Labor Division where she enforced wage and hour, child labor and earned sick time laws in civil and criminal matters. She will leverage this experience at Fisher Phillips to represent employers in litigation matters involving wage and hour issues, discrimination, harassment, leaves of absence and wrongful discharge, and advise on best practices for compliance.
Jennifer’s employment counseling experience spans all facets of employment law, including advising employers on policies and handbooks, compliance with the Massachusetts Wage Act, employee terminations and employment litigation defense. She will also counsel clients on pay equity audits and employee training.
Jennifer is active in the local legal community as a member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association. She also serves as a mentor for the Boston Lawyers Group as well as for students at her undergraduate and law schools. Jennifer earned her law degree from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from Boston College.
