Fisher Phillips Expands Dallas Office

DALLAS, TX (January 14, 2008) - Fisher Phillips announced today that it has expanded its Dallas office with the addition of Associate Jennine R. Lunceford.

Ms. Lunceford has a very successful track record of handling lawsuits, including first-chair work on several jury trials. She has extensive experience in dealing with federal and state agencies regarding labor and employment matters. Before joining Fisher Phillips, Ms. Lunceford was most recently employed as in-house counsel with TXU Corp., and previously served for several years as employment litigation counsel in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor. She earned her B.A. cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas, and her law degree from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Harvard Black Letter Law Journal.
