Firm Welcomes Erin Gibson Allen to the Pittsburgh Office

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Erin Gibson Allen has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Pittsburgh and Tampa offices.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Erin was a partner at a regional Pittsburgh firm where she represented employers in various workplace matters including workplace investigations, corporate training, strike contingency planning, defense of FLSA claims, and government investigations. Erin also has experience representing employers in antitrust matters and will support other Fisher Phillips attorneys advising clients on the intersection of antitrust and labor laws. Erin also has experience in complex litigation.
At Fisher Phillips, Erin will continue defending employers in workplace law disputes while also advising them on the compliance aspects of a wide range of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations. She will also provide companies with counseling and advice on all aspects of their employment relationships.
Erin brings a history of community leadership to Fisher Phillips. She currently serves as chair of the board of the Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh. She formerly chaired both the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra’s New Leadership Council and the Jack Heinz Society. Erin is also a member of the Library National Council for the University of Rochester. Erin regularly speaks on leadership, board governance, and career development.
Erin earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was an inaugural member of the Health Law Clinic and served as president of the Pitt Law Women’s Association. And, after law school, Erin served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
