Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Lindsay Massillon has joined the firm as Of Counsel in Fort Lauderdale. Lindsay joined shortly after the arrival of Alissa Kranz, Of Counsel in Tampa, underscoring the firm’s commitment to providing a growing network of attorneys across Florida who help corporate counsel navigate complex employment issues while minimizing risk and protecting their businesses.

At Fisher Phillips, Lindsay joins the firm’s growing Florida litigation team, where she will continue to represent employers in complex labor and employment disputes while also providing advice and counseling on all aspects of their employment relationships.
Lindsay earned her B.A. from Rutgers College and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently the Legislative Director for the Human Resource Association of Broward County (a SHRM chapter) and the past president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar Association.
