Fisher Phillips Continues Growth in California

SACRAMENTO (Nov. 12, 2018) – Fisher Phillips announces the addition of William R.H. Mosher as Of Counsel in its Sacramento office.
William defends companies in litigation matters from single-plaintiff cases to class action lawsuits. He advises clients on employment-related municipal, state and federal regulations and counsels on workplace policies surrounding arbitration and separation agreements and employee handbooks. William has also handled intellectual property matters, including trademark applications and infringement disputes, as well as transactions.
“The Sacramento market is booming, and William is a key addition to our growing team,” said Alden J. Parker, regional managing partner of the Sacramento office. “His diverse experience and litigation prowess are great resources for the wide-range of employers we serve in California’s Central Valley and across the state.”
William joins from Los Angeles-based Novian & Novian LLP, where he was senior counsel and managed the firm’s labor and employment department. He previously served as general counsel focused on intellectual property infringement disputes for Hollywood Network, Inc. William earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law (2003), where he served as executive editor for the Women’s Law Journal, and his B.A. from Pomona College (2000).
William joins on the heels of several recent additions to Fisher Phillips in California, including lawyers who have joined in the firm’s Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego offices.
