Fisher Phillips Bolsters Seattle Office with Ralph Hua

SEATTLE (Sept. 25, 2018) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Ralph Hua as an associate in its Seattle office.
Hua focuses his practice on all aspects of immigration law. Specifically, he advises clients on immigration issues impacting employers, including matters involving nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence processing. Hua also advises employers on I-9 compliance and defends them before the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (OCAHO) in I-9 audits and litigation. He brings years of experience in complex issues arising in the immigration context, such as immigration consequence of criminal offenses and litigating immigration cases in the federal court. Additionally, Hua has handled matters involving family-based immigrant petitions, naturalization, asylum, and removal defense.
Hua is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is fluent in Mandarin. Hua earned his LL.M. from American University, Washington College of Law (2010), his J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law (2009) and his B.A. from Nanjing University in China (2005).
